Step# 1: Ventilation & Prep 

Ventilations is required to properly clean & sanitize each room & its surfaces. We utilize disinfectants approved for use against COVID-19. We wash & disinfect our hands & were masks, gloves & shoe covers while cleaning & sanitizing.

Step# 2: Cleaning

We remove dust, dirt & debris from surfaces. We make sure to sweep, vacuum, dust & mop before sanitizing. We wash ALL dishes & laundry at the highest heat setting possible. We wipe down hard surfaces with soap and water before sanitizing.

Step# 3: Sanitizing

We use recommended chemicals to reduce bacteria and viral contaminants on high-touch surfaces such as door knobs and tv remotes. We make sure to spray high-touch surfaces in each room with approved disinfectant sprays. We let the disinfectant stand for the length of time specified on the product label & allow the surface to air dry.

Step# 4 : Checklist

We use an extensive custom cleaning & sanitizing procedure to ensure the best practices for each room-by-room checklist verifying that all areas are cleaned and sanitized between each stay.

Step#5: Reset

To help prevent cross contamination we finish cleaning & sanitizing a room before replacing items for the next guest. We wash our hands & replace gloves before replacing supplies. We safely dispose of supplies & protective gear. We don't re-enter a room once it's been sanitized. We empty  & clean/sanitize our equipment before each turn-over.
